Airing and ventilation of all rooms on the property to prevent humidity
Visual check of all plumbing and electric circuits and appliances to prevent leaks and faulty equipment
Flushing of toilets and running water on all taps to keep running water clean
Visual checking of all windows and doors
Pick up of any post

Clients receive an inspection report about the condition of the property including images after every visit
